If you have arrived here from Michelle’s blog, welcome and I hope you enjoy looking at the lovely new products …
I know there’s been a lot of hearts on my blog lately, but I literally fell in love with the more amore specialty designer series paper, and couldn’t resist using it with the core’dinations cardstock to make a double easel Valentine’s card.
The core’dinations cardstock really comes into its own when it’s embossed and sanded to reveal the lighter core, highlighting the designs of the embossing folders.
I added a row of the vanilla flower trim –
gorgeous vintage dimensional flowers on strips of tulle …
With a sprinkling of adhesive pearls and a tiny bow of very vanilla seam binding ribbon …
Despite being so dimensional, the card folds flat to fit into an envelope for giving.
There’s a helpful video showing how to make the basic card on Melissa’s blog here.
Here’s what you need to make today’s card – all supplies from Stampin’ Up!:
cardstock: pool party and primrose petals core-dinations; dies: hearts collection framelits; accessories: more amore specialty dsp, very vanilla seam binding ribbon, adhesive pearls, big shot, simply scored scoring tool, perfect polka dots and woodgrain textured impressions embossing folders, stampin’ dimensionals, mini glue dots, snail adhesive.
So next stop is Erna’s blog, and she has some wonderful projects to share with you.
