The wedding season might be over for this year, but brides are already thinking and planning ahead for their own big day next year.
I was asked to make some cards for a bride to give to her bridesmaids and decided to go for a classy, clean and simple look using naturals ivory and super smooth very vanilla cardstock.
So, no stamping on the card –
just paper folding and a little touch of vintage lace, a ribbon bow and a pretty pearl.

Here’s what you need to make today’s card – all supplies are from Stampin’ Up!
cardstock: naturals ivory, very vanilla; accessories: very vanilla 1/8″ taffeta ribbon, victoria crochet trim, sticky strip, stampin’ dimensionals, mini glue dots, adhesive pearls.
Thanks for dropping by today

Gill, this card is fantastic, how did you make the dress
Hi Sheila – thank you for your lovely comment. The skirt of the dress is a semi circle, scored and folded and the bodice I hand cut and adhered separately. Hope this helps. x
Thanks Gill, my daughter is bridesmaid for her best friend so I am going to attempt to make it and give them to the bride
Waht a wonderful card, love your folding and the simplicity of it.
This is a stunner Gill – very elegant and classic ! I love making wedding themed cards and yours are so inspirational ! Jane x
