I’ve been trying out a few designs for wedding invitations and used some of the
beautiful new flower trim from the Stampin’ Up! spring/summer catalogue …

I stamped onto a piece of shimmery white cardstock –
the shimmer is really beautiful but a bit difficult to see in the photo.
Although my daughter liked this one … it’s not quite what she had in mind …
back to the drawing board!

Here’s what you need to make today’s card – all supplies from Stampin’ Up!:
cardstock: naturals ivory, shimmery white; stamp sets: wedding sweet (retired); inks: basic grey; accessories: vanilla flower trim, sticky strip, stamp-a-majig; additional: lace from my stash.
Thanks for dropping by today

This is so pretty, have fun trying to get the invitations just right x
Hi Gill, this is a stunner ! So elegant – like all your beautiful cards ! I look forward to seeing more; I too am on wedding cards at the mo – amongst loads of other projects ! BTW – I’m in love with Ballet Blue ink – have used it on a vintage collage card on crumb cake card stock ! Thanks !!! x
Have a great day – Jane x
You are so wonderfully talented…this is beautiful!!!!!! Can’t wait to see what you and your daughter come up with…know it will be spectacular!
What a gorgeous elegant wedding invitation.
I love this it’s absolutely gorgeous… and so nice to see the correct grammatical wording – I’ve seen so many invites with the wording “your invited”…
That’s beautiful.
