Hi and welcome to my blog. This week’s theme challenge at 52 Christmas Card Throwdown is to make a card for a man, and we all know how easy that is (not!) So, trying to get some insider information, I asked my husband what sort of Christmas cards he likes to receive…

Turns out he’s quite a traditionalist and loves anything in the traditional Christmas colours of red and green (which are my favourite too). I gave my card a modern feel choosing a simple layout …

I added some linen thread for texture and silver jingle bells for sound and movement…

I hope you like my card for this week. The girls on the Design Team have created lots of lovely cards to inspire you, so hop on over to the 52 Christmas Card Throwdown challenge blog to take a look.
All supplies used are from Stampin’ Up!

Always good to get information about what’s liked! I really like the paper you’ve used – the trees have a very contemporary feel and I just love the little bells. Great card xx
