French kiss…

It’s my friend and colleague’s birthday this week and her lovely husband is taking her to Paris for the weekend.  She loves music and adores going to concerts at the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall.  So I used the music wheel and French images, together with items from the new mini catalogue to make this vintage inspired card especially for her:

I scrunched the seam binding ribbon to give it an aged look, and sponged the edges of the very vanilla cardstock with crumb cake ink for that vintage feel.

Stampin Up supplies used:

Cardstock: very vanilla, crumb cake; Inks: crumb cake, baja breeze; Stamp sets: artistic etchings, French foliage, music wheel, schoolbook serif numbers, sincere salutations; Punches: decorative label, scallop border, butterfly embosslit, 1” circle, corner rounder; Accessories: springtime vintage dsp (from the mini catalogue), crimper, baja breeze seam binding ribbon (from the mini), blue circle ice rhinestone brad, stampin dimensionals, sponge daubers, shrink plastic from my stash.

Thanks for dropping by today
