One tequila, two tequila, three tequila, floor…

My daughter asked me to make a birthday card for her friend who turned 30 this week.  She loves anything girlie, especially cocktails…

I used a cocktail recipe book for the colour inspiration –

and wanted it to look like a martini, tequila sunrise and blue bols with fresh orange!

I added dazzling diamonds on the rim of each glass…to represent the sugar…

and finished off with some crystal effects to the glasses, using my piercing tool to draw the crystal effects along the narrow stems.

I masked and sponged the stripes using the same colours.  And for the dotty pattern?… I used the rubber eraser on the end of my pencil!

Thanks for dropping by today
