Which came first … the Easter chicken or the egg?

I’m enjoying a lovely long Easter weekend with my family and made a little card and gift for my daughter…

Easter chicken or egg

I saw gift boxes similar to this on Margaret’s blog and fell in love with them.

Margaret is a fellow member of our Pink Ladies’ team and she is so talented,

you can check out her beautiful projects here.

and the lovely Anca, another fellow Pink Lady, showed us how to make these cute little chicks using the owl punch…

I love being a part of the Pink Ladies – it’s great to be a part of such a great team – everyone is so helpful and willing to share ideas, tips and projects.

Happy Easter!

Here’s what I used to make today’s cards – all supplies from Stampin’ Up!:

cardstock: so saffron, elegant egg plant, whisper white; stamp sets: teeny tiny wishes; inks: early espresso; punches: word window, modern label, owl, hole, itty bitty flower, 1 3/4″ circle; accessories: international bazaar dsp, whisper white taffeta ribbon, pumpkin pie stampin’ write marker pen, simply scored scoreboard.

Thanks for dropping by today
