Watercolour new baby card – two by two …

The Two by Two stamp from Stampin’ Up is so cute!

I couldn’t wait to ink it up to make this card for my friend to welcome her sweet baby girl…

I stamped the image onto watercolour paper using black stazon ink,

and then used my acquapainter to add colour.

I decided to change the sentiment and used one from the teeny tiny wishes set.

The silver glimmer paper by Stampin’ Up can be coloured to match any of their colour range using the stampin’ write marker pens.

There’s a great tutorial showing how to do this on Michelle’s blog.

Here’s what you need to make today’s card – all supplies from Stampin’ Up!:

cardstock: pretty in pink, whisper white, silver glimmer; stamps: two by two, teeny tiny wishes; ink: black stazon, stampin’ write marker pens in pink pirouette, pretty in pink, bashful blue, so saffron, daffodil delight, regal rose, certainly celery, elegant eggplant, pool party, crumb cake and calypso coral; punches: large oval, oval, small heart; accessories: watercolour paper, acquapainter, stampin’ dimensionals.

Thanks for dropping by today
