I can’t believe how quickly the weeks are passing by – it’s 1st March today and time for another 52 Christmas Card Throwdown challenge. This week there is a sketch to follow…
My collection of handmade Christmas cards is growing nicely. Every week there is a new challenge set, and joining in really helps to focus your creativity …
I started by punching stars from real red and white glimmer paper, and then popped them up on dimensionals and adhered them to the card …
The sentiment was stamped in basic grey ink – I find it’s less harsh than black.
I love all the glitter and bling – Christmas is definitely a time for your cards to sparkle!
I stamped a message on the inside too, and adhered a little glitter star to match …
The rest of the 52 Christmas Card Throwdown design team have lots to inspire you, so do hop on over to see what they’ve been up to. And if you are feeling inspired, we would love to see what you come up with too, so do please join us for this week’s challenge.
