How to train your dragon…

Sean watched the movie “How to train your dragon” for the first time a few weeks back … and loves it!  He’s watched it several times again since, so I couldn’t resist making a punch art dragon for this sliding pop up card for his birthday…

I adapted the instructions on Kim’s blog to make an A5 size card, and added wings to make this cute little guy into a dragon by using one of the butterflies from the beautiful butterflies die, available in the mini catalogue.  I then ran the butterfly through the big shot with the perfect polka dots embossing folder to add texture to the wings.

A name banner made with the Party this Way stamp set, and a stamped sentiment completed the card.

Thanks for dropping by today
