It was our last week in cake class this week – sniff. I can’t believe how quickly 10 weeks went by! They say time flies when you’re having fun, and I did have a great time – I loved it!
With Christmas only around the corner, we made small treats instead of a cake … marzipan fruits…
… not too sure about the banana … and yes, it IS supposed to be a banana ….
… and Christmas puddings…
Each one in their own petit fours case – so cute, and so easy to make – love it!
I also made punch art Christmas puddings for each of the girls in the class…
I used chocolate chip and very vanilla cardstock from Stampin Up, for the puddings, with holly made from lucky limeade and real red card. I used a variety of punches from Stampin Up – they make it so easy to produce great results.
Each pudding holds a chocolate treat, and would be ideal for party favours or table decorations, and could even include a name on the holly leaf so they could be used as place settings too…
I attached a wrapped truffle to each one with glue dots.
And think how fab they would look with something like Ferrero Rocher …
Thanks for dropping by today
