Endless wishes in pink, purple and blue

The colour challenge at 52 Christmas Card Throwdown this week is to use pink, purple and blue. I chose 3 of my favourite Stampin’ Up ink colours – regal rose, rich razzleberry and marina mist to make my card …

I used the Endless Wishes stamp set by Stampin’ Up to stamp snowflakes in each of the colours across a piece of whisper white card, and then added the sentiment in black ink.

I used second generation ink for the regal rose to give me the shade of pink I wanted …

I mounted it onto a piece of rich razzleberry card and then onto a deckled edged card base. A sprinkling of rhinestones across the card added a bit of bling, and I just couldn’t resist adding dazzling diamonds to the snowflakes with a glue pen, for added Christmas sparkle …

It’s such a pretty colour combination, so whilst I had all my supplies out, I made another…

Now I can’t decide which card I like the best … how about you – which do you prefer?

We would love you to join us at the 52 Christmas Card Throwdown challenge and show us your beautiful artwork.

Enjoy your weekend.

  3. It’s a tough choice – both are absolutely lovely. Your snowflakes (you know I can’t resist them) are so pretty and delicate! Beautiful cards.
