A sale-a-bration celebration …

I just love the Everyday Enchantment designer series paper – which is absolutely FREE from Stampin Up with a £45 spend during sale-a-bration!  I love the colours and all the different patterns … gorgeous!  I have two packs of it ….one to use, and one to stroke …. (fellow crafters will know what I mean!)

As the paper is so gorgeous, I used it to make this card for Deborah’s birthday last week.

Deb is not only my friend but she’s a fellow Pink Lady too.  When we get together the time just flies chatting and giggling about Stampin Up and crafting … sometimes into the wee hours!

And the birthday cake I made for her had pink roses – pink roses for a Pink Lady –

I edged the cake with pretty in pink polka dot ribbon from Stampin Up to match …

Deb was delighted with her cake but didn’t want to cut into it – she said it was too nice to eat!

So it was a good job I made her some cupcakes to go with it too then…

I used four different embossing folders from Stampin Up to emboss the icing – perfect polka dots, manhattan flower, vintage wallpaper and elegant bouquet – and then added small sugar roses and leaves.

I loved that I could give them the Stampin Up treatment!

All card supplies from Stampin’ Up!

Card recipe: stamps:  sincere salutations; cardstock: whisper white textured; inks: baja breeze; accessories: baja breeze seam binding ribbon, stamp-a-majig, tombow multipurpose glue, beautiful wings embosslit, big shot machine.

Thanks for dropping by today
