Madja’s theme for this week’s challenge at 52 Christmas Card Throwdown is winter sweaters. I love a good Christmas jumper, especially if it’s fun and festive!
Despite having a rather large stamp library, collected over many years of crafting, I couldn’t find a stamp suitable for this challenge! I guess that’s an opportunity for me to go shopping then, or maybe to pop it on my Christmas wish list? So for now, after a little internet searching, I found this free downloadble sweater image.
This was my favourite of the available images. I used my alcohol markers and had lots of fun colouring it in…
I stamped the sentiment on whisper white card using Itty Bitty Christmas by Stampin’ Up. This was a good opportunity to use up some paper scraps, and a sparkly snowflake – both of which had been lying on my desk for ages!
